I sold the car to another list member here in Georgia last week. The lack of title made a local sale much easier since they too will be registering the car in Georgia.

No I do not have the OR title either. I bought the car with a bill of sale. I think it came from an estate.

The car is a 1968, must have had a brain freeze when I typed the title. Georgia does not issue a title on some older cars. It is registered and tagged in Georgia in my name but there is no title.

The only real downside to the lower first gear ratio is the car can tend to lug due to the greater gap between first and second if the engine is weak. I noticed that on my 1981 Chrysler Cordoba (stock 318-2 smog motor) but it was still noticeably peppier than the 1980 Cordoba without the lower...

i am in a similar position with my 1968 Valiant. Working turn signals, but no tail lights or brake lights. I have no idea how long it's been off the road, I suspect 5-10 years. It could be that both the headlight switch and brake light switch are bad. I've had both those fail separately on...

The worst part they didn't mention is the Road Runner (and Aspen R/T) could even be had with a slant 6 the last years. It's a great engine, but not for a performance car in 1978/1980 tune.

Original plan was to buy back my totaled 1999 Dakota R/T ans use that engine for the swap. But that did not work out. I may just convert it to a Super 6 and run it like that for a whike.

A22 is probably the date code, which would be a scheduled production date of October 22. N95 may be emission controls, at least it was later on. Edit: Everyone else types faster than me!
