If you have an A-body with the odd-ball "D" shaped hole in the mounting bracket, I'm not aware of any disc brake hose that will fit without modification.
If you have an A-body with a standard star shaped hole, any standard hose including the Camaro version will fit.
All '65-'89, 5 x 4.5" bolt pattern Mopar rear drum brake assemblies will interchange. Even though C-clip rears use 4 mounting studs, the backing plates still include the traditional 5 hole bolt pattern.
I intend to reproduce 10 x 2 1/2" backing plates when I can find the right manufacturer.
