A '64 B-body 1 piece axle package with lug studs and Green bearings installed is $305 pair, plus shipping. You will also need a pair of inner axle seals $8.

If you have an A-body with the odd-ball "D" shaped hole in the mounting bracket, I'm not aware of any disc brake hose that will fit without modification. If you have an A-body with a standard star shaped hole, any standard hose including the Camaro version will fit.
