I have the wrong size on my 65 fish 175/80-13 . I have to go 65 to really be going 55.. What size is correct?

I am too old for this stuff. I am running 175/80-13 tires (Cause SEARS said they are the same as 700-14 which came on the car ) and with the speedometer at 65, I am only really going 55. I am willing to try to find 14" rims but what size tires will make the speedometer correct.

and what size 14" tires are you using.. I have 13" and going 55 when it says 65..

Are you going 55 and showing 65 on the speedometer or the other way around.
