Any one know which radiator I can use for my 1971 Demon with 383 big block? Both outlets on driver side and dont need automatic tranny cooler stuff. I got a 4-speed going in :happy6:

Im looking for a trans. for my 71 Demon with a 383. Im looking for the A833 4-speed trans. The bellhousing, fly wheel, exc. will be good to have with it. Let me know. Im located in florida.

What 4- speed manual trans. would I need for my 71 demon with 383? Clutch pedal and linkage all there for manual from factory. Thanks

Do any of you know where I can Pick up a 4-speed trans for my demon? Its got a 383 in it. Also, what would the mopar 4-speed trans be called?

And there is a very very slight miss. Could that be from the Carb. not sending enough fuel? Or maybe just a plug or something

Ya I was thinking a 750 holley Double Pumper? And then should I leave the intake? Or maybe need a stall?

I bought the car and I have no idea what size cam that is in it. All I know is that its there. And its got a 8 and 3/4 rear end and I dont know what gears are in that. Maybe factory? I dont know. But the motor seems to run better at high rpm's. And there is no stall on the trans.

I am currently running a 383 Big Block with a toker 383 Edelbrock Intake with a 600CFM holley on it. The motor has some sort of cam in it and I still feel a little hesitation at lower RPM's and not running like I want. Otherwise has all new Plugs, wires, distributor, Petronix ignition, exc...

It has reverse, but the linkage in the car from the b&m shifter is a little out of whack. It is sometimes hard to find it but it does work.

It shifts at like 10-20 somewhere in there. Then I dont get the next gear.

I have no idea. How would I check?

My 71 dodge demon has a 383 in it and the trans will only shift into 1st and 2nd. Its a torqueflight trans. so im missing 3rd. Any ideas on how to fix it?

I opened up the jets on the side of the carb. and it seems that the missing has gone away. Still need to get rid of the points. That will help greatly. Hopefully it goes well.

The idle seems fine on it. As soon as you give it more gas it starts missing. Like I said the intake is a torker 383 and I read online that its an intake for higher rpms(2500-6000) and others have said to have at least 750. I believe it has a mild cam in it and it still has the single point...
