I have an AAR or TA block the only stamped number I can find is FW340P31700375 there is a small s between a little below the line. Would this be considered the engine VIN?

Filled just below the water pump inlets so water circulates the cylinder heads.

I have not contacted him. I will look for the VIN tomorrow. I have to move some things around in my garage!
