I'm suspecting the bolt that penetrates into the water jacket. All the bolts felt fairly loose and none seemed to have a good sealer applied to the threads. Any suggestions on what to use on the bolt threads? I'm kinda "old school" permatex type guy, buy I know there's probably more products...

This motor only has about 9K on a fresh rebuild. The water pump looks really good as do the hoses. I hope it isn't something more serious, but not sure what that would be. Will get the pump after the 4th. Happy Independence Day to all!

Removed pump. Can't tell for sure, but will replace pump and hoses for sure. Thanks guys.
