Nah, the Barracuda sale paid for that, and then some. The story behind the 340 being in the 64 is thus, the guy who had the '64 from 1966 thru 1989 said it originally had a 273...he had someone build the 273 for him, an they did a crap job of it, and when it let go, it was catastrophic, wiped...
