Yes, it's running. I pulled it through the gears about 10 times and it fired up. So still an issue there but atleast I know for sure where it is

Thanks everyone, looks like it is the neutral safety switch.

It has an auto trans. Did move to neutral and back to park with no change. Seat belt safety has be disconnected for about 15 yrs. will check ballast then try jumping the starter. Thanks for everyone's input.

I have a 74 dart that's sat for about 6 months. I tossed in a new battery flipped on the fuel pump, turned the key and nothing. Noticed that they dash lights go dim but the head lights and voltage at the battery stay at 12 volts with 0 change when they key is turned. Any ideas??
