Even though Billet Speedworks doesn't show them on their website I would give them a call. I sent a friend to them and he got a set after they bought Ken out. That may have just been left over inventory but it would certainly be worth a phone call.
They sell or you can make a tool that goes into the little cuts on the switch bezel. (even a snap ring tool or a couple of screwdrivers can work if you're careful) Unscrew the bezel on the front and the switch practically falls out the back.
Keep in mind that you might have to try several sets to come up with caps that fit well enough to line bore. Especially the rear cap. They were fit to the block at the factory and then bored so they are not just plug and play.... they can be off a considerable amount and probably won't be...

The 3404451 were some I ordered off E-bay that turned to mush. I did order some from DMT and those just arrived. They are not the glossy plastic looking ones like the other E-bay ones or the ones that came with the sender........a more dull finish. I just put one in tonight so we'll see how...
The parts guys at the local dealer can't (or don't want to) look anything old up on their computers. I might try some of the places that have NOS parts though..... those seemed to last 50 or so years.......
