    [FOR SALE] 1969 Dodge Dart

I have a beautiful Dart that's very driver friendly. It was a basic slant six car when I got it several years ago. Great body and well cared for. Even has the original radio though it doesn't work. I put one in the glove box. But this car is SO original it's a time capsule. I redid the entire...

74 Hang Ten Plastic Panel Problem

I've had my Hang Ten since 1979 and still love it after 500,000 miles! But the plastic has decided to crumble away leaving gaping holes inside. I've found replacements for everything except the panels that go around the rear tires inside. Does anyone know of a supplier for these or have any in...

Has anyone heard of having to remove the dash on a 69 Dart in order to replace the rubber seal around the glass?? I've never heard of this. Thanks

    a833 isssue?

Can the A833 overdrive cause a problem in the speedometer? My speedo gets noisy as the speed increases, worse on colder mornings, and the accuracy goes way off as the noise increases. I've put a new cable in and switched out the speedo with another (used) one. Pretty much the same result...

    a833 isssue?

Has anyone run into a problem like the one I have? More so on cold mornings, but sometimes warm also, my speedometer begins to roar as I pick up speed. It can get pretty noisy and the accuracy of the speedometer goes nuts. I've heard it could be a problem in the A833 four speed. Any...

    74 dart Vacumm diagram or??

My best running engines have always had a great ign advance at the very point of throttle opening from idle. I believe this is the vacuum advance done through the hose at the carb to the diaphragm at the distributor. One of my cars has very little if any movement of the timing mark when the...

    brake light problem

Every car is different I guess. After replacing my switch, I had no brake lights at all. After a lot of foul four letter words and then some thinking, I found I had to tweak the metal rods even on the brand new piece. Using two needle nose pliers, I bent the ends away from the plastic in order...

    brake light problem

Now I feel educated. Thanks for all the help. Haven't gone out to the garage to tackle it yet, but I am certain I know what to look for now. What did I ever do before these forums? I'm working on a 69 Swinger in which I replaced the switch just a few years ago. Love that Duster 95teetee!!!

    brake light problem

so, after cleaning all the grounds, and checking all the wiring, if no obvious problems are found, then the turn switch could be to blame? Any trouble-shooting ideas to test the switch? Haven't found any diagrams of how they work. It doesn't look like the brake wiring goes through the switch.

    Rear wheel interior plastic cover

Does anyone know where to purchase the plastic molding to cover the rear wheels located behind the back seat in the fold-down Dart and Duster models? Mine is literally crumbling apart.
