what a\c heat system to get for non ac 74 360 duster

I put a Classic Auto Air unit in my 69 Barracuda about 20 years ago. The instructions were not very good at the time, but the guys on their tech line were excellent. The instructions are better now. It still blows ice cold.

May I please ask a question, sir? I don't doubt at all that you had a bad experience. But when everybody else has good things to say, I begin to wonder what happened. If the owner knew the bumpers had been mounted and were damaged, yet resold them to you anyway, then I totally understand how you...

anyone here do their own powdercoating at home?

Short answer is yes, it will be worth it. I'll predict what is going to happen. @volaredon is going to practice on several parts, and then do all of his things. After about 8-10 batches, he will get the hang of it, and people will start asking him to do stuff for them. He will start off with...

Well *that* was fun! (Note sarcasm)

Well, @ProjectBazza, I am glad you are doing OK. We don't get that much snow in Kansas. I have a fenced in back yard, so I don't have to walk my dogs, I just let them out and back in.

    Fiberglass Hood w/ Stock Springs

Yes. Have you ever been to a Mopar show and seen a 69 1/2 440 6 Pack/Barrel Road Runner/Super bee with the hood on the ground (probably sitting up off the ground on 4 little pegs). They came from the factory like that.

    Classic Industries shipping

Again, I bet that is a computer glitch. Since it is practically impossible to contact a human being at RA, there is no way to pass that on to them.

    Running wiring to doors?

Those look really cool, but what if you want to operate a window or door lock while the door is open.

Can't get rid of my old parts

I have had pretty good luck selling parts here and on a Classic Mustang forum after Mark (56 Studebaker Power Hawk guy) and I were done with his 67 Mustang and there were a lot of parts left over. Some things didn't sell, but I kind of didn't expect them to. There were a few things that didn't...

    Classic Industries shipping

Over the years, I have bought a lot of Mopar parts from Classic Industries. When I restored my 69 Barracuda back in 2012-2015, I bought a LOT from them. All the parts, with one small exception, were very good quality. The one not so great part was the Turn Signal Cancelling Cam, and they offered...

    Fiberglass Hood w/ Stock Springs

Makes me wonder what they call the big things on airplanes that produce the lift and provide a place to fasten the engines on to.

    Fiberglass Hood w/ Stock Springs

Hey, it worked for the 69 1/2 440 6 pack/barrel cars. That is actually a good idea.

    Fiberglass Hood w/ Stock Springs

Really?? I have been working on cars for 60 years, and I have never heard a front fender called a quarter panel. I had always thought that fenders were bolted on and that quarter panels were welded on. I am NOT questioning your knowledge, but I just Googled "What is the difference between a...

    Fiberglass Hood w/ Stock Springs

You need to remove the front fenders, not the quarter panels. Believe me when I say that two guys who know what they are doing can pull the fenders, doors and anything else necessary in one weekend easily; probably less. I have done it. Then replace the hood and hood springs. Then another...
