    My money is on a seized wiper pivot. Unhook the wiper motor under the dash and see if the pivots move freely.

    Got it unmasked and started on the front valance and scoops. Need to dig out some old repairs and redo them on one scoop. I want to get the new stud kit before I do the repair because it’s cracked where a stud goes in and I want the stud in place before I fix it.. in case it stresses the area...
