:usflag:Mopar from birth

Hotrods and Mopars. Back in the very old days, I had a 67 Plymouth GTX, which this 69 Valiant feels like when I drive it. Granted, since the engine rebuild, I haven’t driven it much. Maybe a little under 300 miles. About 250 on the rebuilt transmission. Nice car, perfect no, but so good a driver, even though power steering would ber nice. And yes, a working emergency brake. And maybe hook up the windshield fluid working. And better lighting. Other than that, pretty much a neat little car. And I have been a Mopar guy, all my life. I am driving a Mini Cooper JCW now as a daily driver, as I don’t like what is coming out of my local Dodge Dealer. Bad gas mileage, and not very economical. And, I refuse to buy electric. What if I could find one of my old Mopars? Yes, my old GTX would be nice, but the 69 Roadrunner that my ex wife drove would be nice. My 69 Dodge R/T with fresh air, and Super Axle Rear package. 4:10 Dana, with a torqueflight. I sold that in 73, with only 11,500 miles on it. It refused to start, and never did find out why. Maybe my Hooker headers had something to do with that.
