Go buy one of these, Wheel Weight Tool KD #3358. Removes, installs, and reshapes the mounting bracket. Works great. I've had mine for about 20 years now.

Looking for a set of 4 14" Deluxe wheel covers. They are a 16 rib design. Also need both Left and Right rear quarter(C panel) vinyl top mouldings. These pieces need not be perfect but I would like some decent ones. Please PM me if you can help. Thanks.
