10.5 factory bellhousing and factory flywheel that I have to have brewers balance

Howdy. Im starting to gather parts for my valiant. Looking for recommendations on a clutch and pressure plate. Here is what i have. 1964 valiant, 400 horsepower or so 360, 323 gears. Probably will never race it, but want something reliable and durable. Thanks

Getting ready to rebuild my carb. Those two small bowls are still intact on the main bowl. Should I break them off and re glue them or leave alone ?
