Pull the rocker shafts and make sure the small oil holes are on the bottom and -- when looked at in relation to the hold down bolts -- are angled toward the valve springs or exhaust side of the pedestal. That's the first thing. JDMopar is right. All aftermarket rocker shafts that I've ever seen...
