does anyone have any tricks for installing the headlight adjustment springs?

Doing same swap in 69 Barracuda with 2003 5.7 out of Ram. Having hood clearance issues. especially with A/C. Your motor seems to be sitting a lot lower. considering having to change to car timing chain cover/pulley system

pipe wrench failed at first. drilled hole through stud, stuck screw-driver through, bent it! returned to pipe wrench, eventually got it. Need sharp pipe wrench!!!
