The seats have slip covers hog-ringed over original. I'm assuming they are torn. I'm not sure if I could get them back on once I got them off

I'm starting at $7500 but hey, CASH talks! it's a 273 2bbl, 904, pwr steering, factory a/c(not add on) 2.76 ratio. have window sticker, certi card, documents back to 1976 of repairs, oil changes etc.
