Yeah thats what has been done here. Its a stud with a bolt on it. I just can't get at it.

I have to remove the starter. So I guess I have to remove the header. If I do that I should change out the freeze plugs (passengers side is leaking)

Headers are in the way. can't get a wrench down there or a long extension.

I have a '71 duster, 318 with a 4 speed. Has long tube headers. I can't seem to get at the top bolt. Do I need to remove the headers?

Wow. 1/4" plate?!?! I was thinking of 1/8"

Its got a line lock. Some idiot didn't know this and tried to drive the car and did a bunch of burn outs and ended up breaking a motor mount. So I'm assuming there is more damage.

So I need to pull all the glass and get new rubber and reinstall it all?

So should I have a window guy replace the seal? The rubber isn't old, I think that the seal is bad.

Whats the best way to seal the windshield?

cowl, water dams (none mopar people seem to call them hats)

I'm not really up to replacing a set of hats or the lower cowl. But I was looking and I can't seem to find repops. Do they make anything for the a-body?

Really. Totally full! I'm thinking maybe a bad windshield seal?

Just a thought. My duster has a 318 4 speed and maybe its not worth doing it to but ya never know. I would like to get more power, better econo and good drive-ability.
