Fixed! Bad light socket ground. Removed socket. Cleaned inside with emery cloth and electrical cleaner. Cleaned ground wire and mounting screw. Thanks everyone.

I can’t think of any work I did that would affect just one parking lamp. I tried a new bulb - no luck. I will see if I can get a better ground for the socket. Any other ideas are welcome.
