If needed I can provide more information, I went through all of the fuses and tried to trace down where it would be coming from. When I turn the key on the battery voltage drops from 12.6v to 12.16v and then "clicks" back up to 12.25v and repeats back down to 12.16v. I've never expireanced...

My bad I should have clarified last night more, as I kept everything pretty general with my post. The motor is a 340 with electronic ignition so no points on it. And it seems to "click" on and off as shown in the video. You can actually hear the gauge "click" if that makes any sense
