    Kevco oil pickup tube tab

So what I ended up doing was dremeling the hardened steel tab to fit over my girdle stud. I replaced the arp washer with the tab, it was actually a perfect fit. Sat flush with the girdle and had no issues clearing. Here’s some pics

Chrome paint pens to do chrome details on dash

I honestly just put it on with little to no prep. Just clean the surface well. These pens specifically worked very well for me. These pens have a fine point and a medium point (like the average sized sharpie) I used the fine side to get the chrome rings around my bezel. 1. Make sure there’s...

Chrome paint pens to do chrome details on dash

That’s what I was worried about as well. I’ve used the lacquer chrome paint that you use in an airbrush for my previous dash and that even turned out to be more silver than chrome. These pens get a green light from me though. Definitely very convincing

Chrome paint pens to do chrome details on dash

I was worried that it wouldn’t come out good since a lot of chrome paint pens market themselves as chrome but it’s up coming out more or a silver color. And it was in a spot where it was easy enough to just wipe off with some paint thinner.
