I don’t think id go crazy about pulling motor down ,if the motor looks old greasy ect id pull intake and carb and see. As well as a full tune up ,how are the seals were they ever replaced ? Front main seal ? Oil pan gasket ? Valve cover gaskets ? If they all look well I’d do a tune up and throw...
