thank you for the quick replys well i can try heating the cover i figured it was rusted in i put some CLR inside the hole earlier to see if tomorrow it'll break loose but i can try a torch on it . Oh and inkjunkie yea i tried the bfh approach and yea it just laughs and says "is that all you got!"

what do you mean by state of tune? i just had the carb rebuilt about 2 months ago it has 81670 miles. im 16 so as far as driving habits go i dont race it and im not agressive with the engine it has no clutch on the fan if that helps and the ac buttons dont work so the ac is never ran. oh thanks...
