Just look at the underside of the hood bracing. I’m assuming that there should be reliefs in the bracing that will get you close. I’m making that assumption based on owning a 69 cuda in the past.

There’s a National Parts Depot near me and I used a float from a Mustang on my Belvedere. The only issue is that it’s a little shorter than the original but it works fine for my application.
Just for the heck of it put the tranny in neutral, unhook the rear of the driveshaft but don’t remove it from the transmission. Rotate the driveshaft 180 degrees and try it. I know it sounds crazy but I had a car vibrate after doing a U-joint and that fixed the problem. I also remember reading...
