Have these traction bars I guess you call them on 1971 dart. Do they do any good or should I just replace it with factory stuff? Car used to be raced and then put back on the street and has sat for 20 years. I dont care for the way it twists the bottom shock bolt at all.
Have a 1971 dart swinger. Doing a disk brake conversion and went and mocked up the spi does and noticed the lower ball joint is hitting the lca. My old ball joints do not have that little nub like these ball joints do. Can I just grind some of it off or am I over looking something.
Maybe I got told wrong. Guy that told me didn't do much with mopars, mainly chevys. I know that the top ring has to have more clearance. Did they give you a zero deck height or were they sticking out a bit?

So if I went with the la heads and a prw style stainless rockers would I run a oil through pushrod or solid since I can oil through the head? Guess could oil both ways but not sure if that would be too much? Would like to reuse my factory roller lifters.
