My question is: Did the seller “fix it” or did Blueprint? If the seller fixed it, I would guess it’s time to tear it down and take a look for yourself. It could even be an installation issue, torque converter not seated properly and causing a binding issue just one of numerous possibilities...

I have a buddy with a 1964 Ford Falcon with a 170 cid 6cyl three on the tree. He’s wanting to put an automatic overdrive transmission in it. Are there any direct bolt ups for that engine? Or maybe a better question is, What would it take to put an overdrive transmission on that 170?

Cool car, very interesting power brake set up. Curious if that is/was common practice.
