What you really need to ask yourself is the juice of any ABS system really worth the squeeze?
And is the juice of going to the trouble of adapting an OEM ABS system into a standlone system really worth the squeeze especially if you can't configure and adjust the system to work properly?
Why...
I'm fully aware that the single pulse from the screw driver blade is not sufficient for the ABS. My point is it's not that difficult of a thing to over come.
I am also aware that MaxxECU does not control the ABS, but it is what is used to feed the ABS module the needed information to function...
The first thing you need to do if you want to implement cruise, ABS and traction control is ditch the factory ECU and go with something like a MaxxECU that can do and or control all of those things. Trying to make all of that work with a stock ECU is a waste of time and money.
That you'd still have to spend a pile of money on suspension wise to handle worth a ****.

Not to mention the 3V engine is turd. If you're buying an S197 save your pennies and at least get a 2011-2014 5.0
The AME kit is built using some proven Corvette based design, geometry and parts. The DSE spindle that AME is using combined with a C7 Vette hub bearing is a superior piece in strength to any candle stick style spindle. Having the upper control arm and ball joint on the underside of the spindle...
In your #857 post the drawing you have labelled G-Comp is from the 60" kit instructions and the drawing you have labelled G-Comp X is from the 54" kit instructions.
If you look at both sets of instructions for the 56" kit show the dimensions the same whether is a G-Comp or G-Comp X kit. The 56"...
While you're not wrong that the we've derailed from the title of this thread.
The thread is about whether the HDK suspension handle better than a torsion bar suspension. It's isn't specifically about the Duster.
Their own CAD drawings show otherwise:
When you read through all of the installation documentation, the dimension you are talking about changes between the 54" to 56" to 58" to 60" to 64" kits. But the dimension doesn't change between the G-Comp or G-Comp X kits as long as you're comaring the...
