    My bottom cut 46 degress is 2.5 mm wide. Polish the sharp edge from 60 degress. Throat under seat is 39,24mm in diameter/82.5% of 1.88 valve. The grey line on seat is from diamond paste.

    After milling Mopar 318 open chamber 0.05 inch, there is only 0.062 inch left of chamber.

    Mold of intake port, got the whole short turn and some of skijump before short turn/ smallest cross section, speeding up air velocity into turn,hopefely having wave pressure there and out to Venturi under valve.

    Also with 1.88/1.6 valve ?, and did you fell the difference?, 302 heads on 360 cui will give a full point in compression. I read on a site that i should´nt go over 83% bolw of valve on intake (velocity vs. flow), or i would lose button end torque, 85-90% bolw is for top end power only they said.

    Made in a "trompet form" under valve to create a venturia effect and turn air round the seat.

    Can see all my old pictures is gone here, so here is before and after, seat is blended in by hand with a small radius under 46 degrees cut.

    Gave it just a little 15 degrees cut.

    My cylinder heads were just laying on the shelter, so i gave it a little valveseat cut on 15 degrees both intake and exhaust, and fine grade polish valve lapping.

    Intake valves now have a 32 degrees backcut 0.8 mm wide (0.031 inch), the valves are from Enginetech.

    The chambers is now at 56 cc volume with 1.88/1.6 valves.
