nNO, The header is not supposed to hit anything thats why you pay the money depending on how much it is hitting the oil pan you might just need to send them back or you can also bend it away from the oil pan (once again I said depending on how much it is hittting the pan,bend at your own...

I have a 67 dart with a 502 stroker and what not, anyhow I had to put a manuel steer box and now I need the manuel steer box knukle to attach the gear box to the steering column if you know what I mean the power steering gearbox to steering column setup is too small too short if someone knows...
