It's a gold automatic on the column complete with key and wiring. It will be cheaper to ship without the steering.

Update, they where making some noise during deacceleration, so he purchased a new set of Richmond 3.91's (489 case) part number 69-0058-1 and install kit, had a machine shop install them and they too made the same noise. I hope this helps.
