    Go with 3.91 and you can drive on freeway in 3rd gear and still accelerate if needed, if you used 4th for OD you would be just below your 2.72 for gas mileage if you want to take a longer road trip.

    As others stated, buy jack, stands, 12V tire pump, tire plug repair kit, hand soap, paper towels, get a large piece of cardboard to lay on if needed, small ice chest, favored drinks, snacks, in WA St. now you can bring 95 lbs. of tools, a friend with more tools. have a blast, Road trip time.

    Just for testing purposes, will need another body to help, check voltage at alt and battery pos & neg when acting up and look for any spikes due to loose connection in ign, brake light circuits? try disconnecting brake switch for a test. Possible loose/dirty body or battery ground connection.

    Need some more info, does it make noise when in park or neutral not moving of if you have it in gear D or R foot hard on the brake and give it some throttle say 1500 RPM's or only when driving?
