Hi everyone, Could you please help me deciphering the attached fender Tag? I found it on a 1961 Dodge Lancer I recently came across. He car has grey paint and red/white interior but I think neither is genuine. Also I would want to know which engine and which options are in it. VIN is 7312362003.
