Well, won’t be racing anytime soon

The tensioners seem to have mixed reviews over the years but there is enough smoke around them to make you think twice. I have seen some well respected small block builders using them.

    95' when life was good!!!

If you venture out of the mopar world, late 90's and early 2000 sn95 mustangs can be bought for prices not much more than what is being talked about in this thread for early 1990's mopar. That's a rust free car that runs and drives. The problem for us mopar fans is that nothing has been has...

Was Jesse able to make some improvements on the w9s, I feel like he started a post on those at one time

    Here’s a nice sounding build

Jesel keyway lifters are a nice choice but most are using link bar lifters

    Here’s a nice sounding build

Not offset rockers, offset roller lifters in a 59 degree block, some use to be .210 then .180 offset. They seem to work in a 48 degree block but not as durable in a 59 degree

    Here’s a nice sounding build

Nice parts, price is inline for that type of build. I've never heard great things about the offset lifter in a 59 degree block

X block, W5s, wide valve covers on Craigslist

How can i make 700 horse from a 410 stroker

700 hp on a well done r3 based shortblock with suitable compression and rotating assembly your looking at basically w8s, w9s, ported brodix Mc, indy 245s, with a appropriate cam. Will not be budget based.

    Highest flowing sbm heads?

John you say your duster is not a go fast combo, does it have factory front frame rails? Inner fenders? Firewall, backhalf car sounds fast to me

    59* R3 Help

I seemed to remember a different machining facility not wanting to mess with painting the blocks when a changeover happened

    59* R3 Help

John's block looks like a earlier version, the reason I say that would be the r3 cast on the left side of the block and the extra head bolt holes. Oldmanmopars also has the lifter valley closed In, the newer 59 degree resto blocks had an open valley more like a stock block and did not have the...
