    quercetin benefits the heart

Been taking quercetin since 2020. Also tumeric, ginger, beet root supplements with a multi and krill oil if I don't one of these in the pic (with saltines) every few days. No actual problems. Also walnuts, pepitas, flax, and chia seeds sprinkled into other meals depending on what it is.

Any electrical engineers or savvy guys? Need to design a circuit or something

It appeared to me that you were working this out with Mat using private messaging so I stopped following. I stand by my suggestion. It doesn't matter what values are found with different used parts, just what your system needs to switch between the modes. You don't need an original switch to...

    Front steer arms?

Most fwd cars have rear steer racks with the pinion on the left. If you can't find one where the inner tierods are the same distance apart as the A bodys, some are center tapped with the boots on the ends so the inner tie rods can attach to a fabricated plate, allowing them to be in the best...

Any electrical engineers or savvy guys? Need to design a circuit or something

The math is more complicated for resistors in parallel but they add in series. You can use potentiometers to help to get the right values. Cheap on amazon.

Any electrical engineers or savvy guys? Need to design a circuit or something

Ok, I think you want to use your cars original headlight switch to replace the 06-10 switch. The dimmer is not an issue as it works the same way. Check the ohms across pins 5 and 4 at each end of the adjustment. It should just be a potentiometer like the original dimmer. The other four...

Any electrical engineers or savvy guys? Need to design a circuit or something

This must be a 2024-25? Here is some info about the circuitry. What a pain! Easier to fit a standard rotary switch with a few more wires/less Rube Goldberg. The earlier chargers had plenty of pins to connect but I don't know anything about the circuits/if they go to the ecu or directly to...

    Location issue for resonators

How about 1/4 or 1/8 wave resonators to fit the space you have between the collectors and mufflers? Using a 1.5" 180 mandrel bend cut in half (for two J bends) and straight header pipe to cap at the ends. Add support to it with clamps to the main pipe or a gusset near the end and middle. A 1/4...

    Gas spills when refueling

A vent that goes past the restrictor is another path to spit when the level comes up to the restrictor in the filler and vent. I've never seen any oem restrictor type filler that didn't put the filler vent between the restrictor and the tank. When they do have 1/8 holes, it is usually because...

    Gas spills when refueling

The ford filler inner and outer hoses are a type of plastic with zero reinforcement and crack easily. While the earliest small ranger inner hoses were corrugated tube that resists pinching/collapsing, the replacements inner hose is very easily pinched if bent and will shoot fuel out the filler...

    Gas spills when refueling

The nozzle operator controls if you will overflow. That can be you (treating it like a metal utility gas can laying on it's side) or the automatic shutoff if you equip the neck with the baffle (like the F350). There is a kit for this (somebody share a link?). The little holes should be at the...

replacement B&M and Hurst shifter cables

I see it is a hurst v-matic. Adjustment should be from the neutral positions on the trans and shifter (system midrange) with a B&M but Hurst adjusts at low and park. B&M have flats on the ID of the chrysler trans arm so it can't be clocked wrong on the trans which could reduce the total cable...

replacement B&M and Hurst shifter cables

These are morse cables. The "slop" is not the cable, but the necessary clearance between the cable and the housing to keep friction and wear reasonable. The clearance is reduced when bending/curving the cable. Check it straight then again looped to see the difference. The cheap ebay blue cables...

    3/4" master cylinder?

Not that simple. You must look at the net force. A few degrees do not eliminate the ratio increase, but seal life is reduced from what it would be. How much depends on how far we offset. Every brake pedal starts at less than 90 and may end travel past 90. It is a band aid and there are better ways.

    3/4" master cylinder?

Seems to be an issue with the braided hose construction, but what I was referring to by "offset pushrod". Just fyi.
