So guys, what is the right size of stud for my 67 dart with 10" drums all round? ive found these 2 sizes listed on Laysons: 7/16"- 20X 1-1/2 with.472" knurl diameter and 7/16"- 20 x 1-7/16 with .555" knurl diameter It says they are both for front but nothing listed for rear...

Well as it turns out it IS the windshield thats leaking!!!!

Can anyone tell me where I can get the above from please??? I cant seem to find it anywhere!!!! Thanks Nick

Not yet, still waiting for the wiper seals to arrive. Ill take the F/air vent out and replace the seals.

Its started about 2 months ago. No water on the trans hump. Its not a huge amount but it lands in both drivers and pass' side wells. Only happens when it rains so...... Ill check the fresh air vents, im going to order a set of wiper seals just incase.

Can anyone give me the specs of the factory wheel studs?? I bought a new set for my 67 dart but the knurling doesnt seem to be as long as the factory studs?? The knurling used to end flush with the outside of the drum but the new ones dont quite reach the drum face?? Thanks Nick

Guys it seems ive got some water collecting in the footwells of my 67 Dart. Can anyone tell me where to start looking for the leak?? I cleaned the cowl out the other week so thats clear. Any help to save me some time would be much appreciated. Nick :scratch:

I think your right there!! Oh well their loss not mine. Got great service from ESPO instead and will go back for my cougars stuff.

PST kit is $445 for the 67 with idler plus they want $200 to ship!! Thanks for the heads up though.

I just spoke to ESPO and its gonna be $520 ish for a Complete Poly Front end kit with Idler Arm shipped. Tbh I think thats a good deal. When you consider the idler over alone is £160-170. I also go quoted a record £215.55 today and thats around $400 ish.

Ah right. Looks like ill have to bite the bullet. Ill be ordering direct as over here I was quoted £160 for it which is about $270-280.

Is it not possible to modify a 68 one to fit??

Can anyone tell me why an Idler Arm for mt 67 Dart is so expensive?? What makes it different to other years?? Im thinking about getting a Front end kit but they dont seem to have the idler arm in there too!! Any advice on this matter chaps?? Thanks Nick
