Thank you everyone for the input. Yeah it does have less than 10. It's pretty much at 0. I will try 20w-50 and lucas stabilizer. If that doesn't help the car may go up for sale as is :(

I was able to get a vacuum reading from another location. After that I adjusted the Carb again and the hesitation is pretty much gone. :burnout: Thank you guys!

I did try 2 different ports. The one on each side of the front of the carb. Both were 0 at idle and 15 under throttle.
