Yes, the Demon is still For Sale. I have rounded up a few more extra parts for it such as a complete 71 KH power disc brake set up, correct extra bucket seats , etc. Asking $7500 for the car and every A body part that I have. There are conservatively $3000 in extra parts that I have for it.
Thanks for the info! I am going to say it was a pretty rare color when new and it probably did not have a good survival rate. I mean if you were a kid in the late 70's and there were 2 or 3 Demon 340's on a used car lot and there was a GreenGo FJ6 car, I am guessing most would chose that car to...
Hello, I have a factory FJ6 High Impact green 71 Demon 340. I was wondering how many were made in this color. I have only seen 3 legit others come up for sale since I bought mine 3.5 plus years ago. Thanks!
I purchased this car out of Springfield Mo around 4 years ago and lost the contact info of the prior owner that said he knew who had it. It is a FJ6 green go 340 auto 71 Demon. The Vin #LM29H1B1*7*35. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I will pay a finders fee if it can be located. Thanks!
Here a pic of what I removed. Could not get the Ball Joints to separate, Not a match for my sawzall though. Parts are dirty and a little surface rust, but everything will be cleaned up and rebuilt as needed.Just realized I forgot the prop valve, Damn it!Lol
Went back and got the complete power disc brake set up. They got me for $240 on it, but I knew finding another set up like that again was going to be slim to none!
I came across a 72 duster at the local self serve salvage yard with disc brakes on it. I have a 71 demon 340 with manual drum brakes on it. I would like to eventually convert my car over to a manual disc set up. The 72 Duster has power discs on it. My question is what parts do I need to pull off...
I have to agree the red tail stripe would accent the other red details on your 68 nicely. I bet there were a couple 68 GTS' made with that combo, just none have surfaced yet that I know of.
