So when I purchased the hydraulic set up from Dan, the only issue I had that made me go in that direction was the fact that my exhaust would not clear the Z bar. I told him that I had a Borg and Beck pressure plate and he didn’t seem to think that was a huge issue being a zoom clutch from Summit...
So Dan Brewer didn’t think it would be too much of an issue. Should I just run the borg Beck pressure plate and put the fricking thing together? By the way you have given me sound advice before I appreciate that.
I don’t know what the part number is, but it was a zoom clutch kit that I bought from summit. I called the tech line and spoke with a gentleman named. Russ seemed quite knowledgeable and highly recommended not using the Borg and Beck pressure plate. He said the clutch pedal would have a much...
So I bought a hydraulic clutch set up from Brewers and the tech line for that set up I believe Russ at Malwood. He told me not to run the Borg Beck pressure plate that I had purchased because I thought it was gonna use mechanical linkage. Unfortunately, my nice exhaust wouldn’t clear the Z-bar...

so the car now has a 225 with a four speed I went ahead and put the Z bar in all the mechanical hardware, but there isn’t room for the exhaust. The car has a Clifford split header would like to put a hydraulic clutch in at this point, but I’m not sure if I can do it. Most kits I’ve seen are for...
Mine took a ****, actually more like pee red pee ordered one from Kragan that never arrived. Looked on rock auto and theirs didn’t have the pulley, just pump and housing. Any thoughts or recommendations. Thanks
Hi Richard, So I called Todd and got the felts ordered. Been a couple weeks and no felts. Checked my bank account no money deducted so I figured there was a problem with the card. I’ve called a couple times and no reply. Hoping everything is ok. I still want to get them. Thanks, Tony
So a bunch of people looked but nobody commented. I’m just wondering if the cheap ones are as good as the good ones or if the old adage stands true that you truly get what you pay for. I’m not doing a concourse restoration. It’s more of a rat, but I don’t wanna buy something that is junk.
Again...
