    caster problems

Bushings on strut rods and lower control arms are NOT poly. Did not replace strut rods, but again, who knows the history of this car? Making said measurements would be a good idea.

    caster problems

Don't think so. Front bush is thin side toward engine and back bush is thin side toward tire.

    caster problems

This winter replaced tie rods, ball joints, upper and lower bushes, steering box, pitman arm, idler arm. Got it all together and took it in for alignment and they're having problems. Car tracks to the left and the shop says that the passenger side tire needs to be another 1/2 inch back to get it...

    Too short clutch fork?

Brewer's performance had a pivot whose foot was about 1/2" shorter than the one I had. It fit my bell housing and brought the bearing in line, solving my problem. Thanks for all the help.

    Too short clutch fork?

Good ideas. Did you end up buying a used fork from a private party or something from a business?

    Too short clutch fork?

Cut out is deep enough. Looking at brewers performance, the fork I have although probably not original equipment, seems to fall under what is the dimensions for the small block A body application and looks the same as the pic.

    Too short clutch fork?

74 duster, 318 w/ 3-speed manual. Clutch fork seems to be a half inch too short. W/ trans installed to bell housing, releasing bearing won't stay seated on fork. One side of bearing will stay seated but other side comes off. Turn the bearing to seat the side that's off and then other side comes...

    Engine and Trans removal together?

That's pretty slick! How long did you make those bars?

    Engine and Trans removal together?

I am rebuilding the front suspension so bringing it out of the bottom is attractive. It would seem you would need a car lift to pull that one off.

    Engine and Trans removal together?

I have a 74 duster w/318, headers and 3 speed manual floor trans that I would like to pull. Can engine and trans be pulled as one and even if they can, is that the easiest way to go about it? Any difficulties to be aware of? Thanks for any direction that can be given.
