Since I was last here ,I have gone from the 4:10 gears to 3:27 and 275-60-15 drag radials . This made my 60 mph rpm drop from 3600 to 2400 and a better cruising ride. I haven't been back to the track with it but the seat of the pants says not a lot of difference . I have also added some paint...

I understand , nothing worse than pipes hanging below the body line . I cut the torque arms out when I put a coil spring front end on mine . My exhaust runs thru the frame where the torque arms were . I used 2-1/4 o.d. pipe

Good thinking , I used the factory tank in mine . You did a nice job on the exhaust .Looks like it is tucked real close to the floor pans .

That looks slick , just wondering where the gas tank is located ,the mufflers look to be where the gas tank was ?

Just wondering if you have every seen a L/S in a Valiant ? I did it because that's what I wanted . I can up grade to a L/S 7 just by changing motors . If you put a 5.7 in that's what you got . I don't knock people for being different . My 2 Buick Regal drag cars have Chevy motors in them .

Did not do the Hemi , I went with a 6.0 L/S motor and power glide . Will be finished with change over by middle of March .

The motor is a tight fit , the cross member has to notched due to the oil pan sump length (F-Body) and distance from cross member and firewall . I used a ultra bell housing on the power glide and had to build a new tunnel . I reused the trans cross member and put holes where the torque bars...

less costly and easier tuned . I can also upgrade to LS 7,8,9 without much trouble .

I know that this will upset some people . I am about 2/3 thru swapping a LS2 into my 66 Valiant . We install a Mustang 2 front end with rack and pinon steering and disc brakes .Narrowed 8.8 410 posi rear with 4 link and mini tubs . Power glide trans with 4500 stall . 15x10 61/2 inch back space...

Pulling all parts next week , Make a offer I don't need this stuff any more .

I am changing my front suspension to coil overs and Mustang 2 front end . I have for sale the complete suspension including steering box . I also have the complete running motor (318) and auto transmission . This is everything it takes to change your car from a 6 to a V8 . I would like to sell...

Don't think you will have any problems with Nitro Plate . Seen several sets of headers they last .

You can got to Wheel Vintique in Summitt Racing and order the center caps new for 36.00 each in small bolt pattern .
