    Thank you both for the help:thumbsup:, would getting elephant ears require getting a mid plate as well or are the elephant ears sturdy enough to be ran alone as mounts? For now I plan on just dropping a stock 440 in it with what I believe will be a purple cam in it so I it shouldn't be pushing...

    Upon further inspection it looks like it is a modified factory 73 k member that's been notched to fit a larger oil pan but it looks like the previous owner may have ripped a mount out from too much tq. Does anyone know if I'd be able to reuse this K member if I cut out the damage and got a 1/4...
