I always liked the Rampages especially in Shelby Trim. I had an 85 Shelby Charger years ago.

I did it on my own. It took a big leap of faith, trusting complete strangers with thousands of dollars.

I have the siblings in the driveway under tarps at the moment. I’m leaning on keeping them right hand drive. I might do a “what if” Formula S version with the other since it is sans motor and front suspension. It’s kinda of neat seeing how they engineered the steering on the opposite side.

One of my bucket list cars arrived here in the U.S. over the Summer. I wanted to see if others share the same passion.

This car could have a racing history. The wheel well openings have been modified to fit larger tires. I've seen this done before. Hopefully you are not cutting up a a car with a significant racing pedigree. That said, how much for the power brake booster?

Passon has a new 5 speed that drops in without having to modify the floor. It's based on the A833.

Awesome find. Save the GTX. It's a rare car, worthy of being saved. I agree with the others, be careful pulling it out of the mud it might rip in half.

Had a similar problem while driving a 340 73 RR I bought in Albuquerque and drove back to CA. The car wouldn't go more than 60 and losing power. I stopped and changed the fuel pump on the side of the road. Then, I thought it was vapor lock, the car was sputtering and died in Winslow. Got it...

The is I bought it from a neighbor of mine for $300. He owed several hundred dollars in back registration fees. It has a 78, small-block, 4spd trans and its a 4x4. It runs too.

What a shame about the 66 S. If it were a HEMI car someone would graft an under carriage from a rust free car to the remnants of what was left. I know a guy it here in CA that does that.
