I have a 1970 Doge Dart 340, 4Barrel. When we took the carb off to put a kit in, there was no gasket between carb. and non-metallic spacer. Do not know if there is a gasket under spacer, did not take that off. So, when using a spacer, should there be 2 gaskets, 1 above spaer, and 1 below ?

I took a plug out, it was an NGK GR4 V Power, it had a nice sandy brown color to to it, but it looked like it was about wore out,,,,So, I got 8 Gr4 on the way,,,,

My body shop guy was doing some body work on my Dodge Dart, and he said we can pop that spring on for you, and they did. He said it was not fun,, he held spring stretched,,,, with washers,,,,, but they would not fall out, so he had to tap the springs out with a small punch. Clutch works easier now.

So, if I go with Champion N12YC plugs,,,, and use Aviation Fuel in my 340, it should run very good ,,,yes ? or should I use 93 octane instead of aviation fuel

Thanks guys for all the tips,,,,, My clutch works fine,,, it is just very hard to push clutch. I guess I can put it on a hoist, and look to see what clutch is in it and see if there is a binding issue. It pushes too hard so I am thinking it does need the spring. I had a Swinger 50 years ago...

Well, then it is not a polarity thing, but the LED lamps are wired wrong ?? The green is 12v pos to park light,,, purple and red are 12v pos to each turn , the socket is grounded,,,I have to think your idea, is just a brighter park light,,, as it is connected to the brighter element in lamp, ...

I do not understand that,, at the light assembly it self you have the turn signal wire ,, the parking light wire, and the socket,,,, the socket has to be grounded,,,,, so what wires are you reversing ????
