1967 Barracuda fastback

I ordered and received new rear leaf springs from General Spring. I installed them today and it seems like they may be too short? They invert the shackles. Picture attached. Is this just a case of needing to pry them into position as I load the suspension? Appreciate any input.

I am looking for a driveshaft for a 1967 barracuda in the PITTSBURGH area. The car currently has a 318/727 and a 7-1/4 rear end. I need a driveshaft and rear drum brake hardware if you also have those. The car only has drums and backing plates. I am trying to make the car drivable so I can get...
