    How's your timing chain??? If it has stretched and gone slack it could be hitting the cover and or other contents.....

    Yes, a car, a mini van, a pickup, a '47 Chev panel truck, a 24 ft. enclosed car trailer and a hoist but no washer & dryer!!!

    Gas cap wont come off

    Is it a new cap? If so it could be incorrect for your application and the locking tangs are not releasing far enough when you turn the key....????
