Good ground strap? I wasn't aware it needed that.

First test was about 8 volts, cranking test was less than 8. tapping the distributor lead didnt give any sparks even while cranking. my apologies for not responding quicker. I got tied up with something else.

67 Dart273 I did your whole bench test. all the components worked. in the car they are not getting any juice
