I can flash the trans out no problem. I believe with HPTuners I can flash out security as well, HOWEVER, I have not tested this yet. With SCT I can remove skim but not security. They are the same concept but 2 different features.

The best modification you can do while in California, is to rent a Uhaul to move the **** out. You are wasting your time and money trying to play by their rules. Its not about emissions- I got a 408 stroker to pass EUROIV emissions - its just a money grab for the state.

I tune these via SCT or HPTuners. Am intimately familiar with the JTEC controller, the fastest JTEC controlled Magnum, Jeep I6, and Viper V10 are tuned by yours truly. I can help.
