3 wires one brown with a yellow stripe one black or green can't tell and one blue

Sorry here's a picture with it circled and I have no power to the coil at all

I have a 1974 dart that doesn't seem to be getting power to the coil or ballast anyone know what wiring I need to be looking at or if this connector I found next to the starter relay has something to do with it
