Hey 70 scat pak, that swinger looks exactly like my swinger I owned 50 years ago. Is it possible? I have been trying to track down my old car. 340 4 speed?

I was wondering about the diameter because I currently have a steering wheel that is smaller in diameter than the steering column. Just trying to make things look clean. I have 71 Duster.

Could you tell me what the outside diameter is, where it mounts to the steering column.
